A Kingsbridge two-family house where block-level parking fights and nearby commercial venting shape the surroundings.
A 1935 two-family house in Kingsbridge with long family ownership history, held under the Fung name since 1975. Small two-family properties rarely generate building-level operational filings, so block dynamics and nearby commercial outlets define the day-to-day experience. Three things to know:
Curb space and driveway access are tight along the surrounding blocks. 572 illegal-parking complaints logged within three blocks over the last 12 months, mostly 254 blocked hydrants and 164 sign violations rather than long-term stored cars. Another 166 blocked-driveway calls landed in the same perimeter, showing curb space and driveway cutouts are constant friction points.
Air quality and food-establishment odor calls crop up nearby. 5 indoor air quality reports and 4 food establishment complaints landed within three blocks over the last year. Commercial kitchen exhaust and vapor drift from nearby storefronts can bleed toward residential windows depending on wind and floor level.
