A three-family Baychester home with intra-family deed transfers, winter heat complaints, and localized air quality calls nearby.
A three-family Baychester brick home built in 1967. The paper trail shows family-member title shifts over recent years, while complaints at the property focus on winter heat. Three things to know:
Heat calls cluster during the winter months. Four heat and hot water complaints were logged against the property between February 2025 and December 2025. All four calls are closed, but they point to recurring winter heating disruptions.
Air quality calls show up on surrounding blocks. Three indoor air quality calls were logged within three blocks over the last year. These signals point to localized air or fume movement in nearby structures that can bleed through common risers or vents.
Deeds reflect internal family transfers. Deed filings show multiple transfers between related family members through 2025 and 2026. Ownership has remained entirely inside the family network rather than selling to an outside buyer.
