A two-family home on East Gun Hill Road where water calls and commercial parking issues frame the context.
A two-family brick home built in 1950 along East Gun Hill Road. Housing-code filings are currently unverified due to limited recent data, but street-level activity and title records provide clear context. Three things to know:
A concentrated series of water leak reports surfaced in spring 2026. Five water system leak complaints were filed against this address between March and April 2026, followed by street condition reports for a cave-in and defective hardware in May and June. That sequence often points to main service line or street connection repairs.
Title filings over the past six years trace institutional lender transfers. The house changed hands in 2018 for $630,000 with a $459,900 mortgage. Filings since 2020 consist of mortgage assignments between institutional servicers and investment trusts rather than traditional property sales.
Commercial parking and vehicle turnover dominate the surrounding blocks. Within three blocks, parking friction is high, led by 116 illegal parking calls (including 50 commercial overnight parking reports), 33 abandoned vehicle calls, and 32 blocked driveway reports over the last year. Street parking on this stretch involves commercial vehicle competition and driveway access issues.
