Loud street parties and tight curb access dominate the surrounding blocks.
This two-family house dates back to 1901. Building-scoped code filings are minimal, so the lived experience around Taylor Avenue comes down to street activity. Two things to know:
Outdoor music and party noise drive surrounding street complaints. 463 street-noise calls came in within three blocks over the last year, with 338 specifically tagged for loud music and parties. That ratio heavily outpaces city averages and marks outdoor social gatherings as the primary neighborhood pattern.
Blocked driveways and curb congestion recur within three blocks. Drivers run into frequent curb friction nearby, including 132 blocked-driveway complaints and 117 illegal-parking calls within three blocks over the last 12 months. 117 of those driveway calls cited total access blockage rather than minor overlap.
