A 2007 three-family house with few direct complaints, sitting on a high-traffic commercial corridor.
A three-family residential building in the Bronx built in 2007. The building itself sees minimal direct filings, but street-level friction in the immediate area is high. Three things to know:
Commercial and traffic noise dominates the surrounding blocks. Within three blocks of the house, residents logged 252 illegal parking complaints over the past year—mostly double-parked cars blocking traffic—along with 217 residential and 170 commercial noise calls, dominated by loud music and late parties.
The building maintains a very light operational file. The building last transferred in 2017 for $605,000. Over the years, direct calls against the property itself have been sparse, covering minor local issues like pigeon waste and seasonal fireworks calls.
