Longtime family ownership of a two-family house on a block where hydrants, driveways, and food establishment exhaust drive local complaints.
A 1930 two-family frame house held within the Raghubir family across multiple title transfers since at least 2008. While the house itself carries minimal agency filings, the surrounding blockface sees heavy parking friction, street sound, and commercial kitchen complaints. Three things to know:
Food establishment filings point to nearby commercial kitchen exhaust and odor drift. 6 food establishment complaints were recorded within three blocks over the last year. In small multi-family layouts, commercial kitchen exhaust or food preparation odors from nearby storefronts can drift directly into residential windows and shared air pathways.
Curb space and driveway blockages are major local friction points. 641 illegal parking complaints and 146 blocked driveway calls were logged within three blocks over the past 12 months. The parking calls focus heavily on blocked hydrants (525 calls), while driveway calls cite total access blockages (127 calls).
Residential and sidewalk noise calls cluster nearby. 136 residential noise calls and 71 street noise calls were registered within three blocks in the last year, with loud music and parties driving the residential complaints.
