Held in the same family since 1998. Deed history shows title transferring from the original 1998 buyer to family members in 2005 and 2014. That long-term family ownership usually means stable oversight, though official housing-code agency records for this specific address are unverified.
Blocked driveways and curb parking drive local calls. Within three blocks of the house, street parking generates steady friction: 101 blocked-driveway calls (mostly full access blockages) and 93 illegal-parking calls in the past year. Curb space stays tight along the surrounding residential blocks.
Residential noise calls pop up on neighboring blocks. The surrounding three blocks logged 59 residential noise calls over the past year, with loud music and parties driving 34 of them alongside 22 reports of banging or pounding.
