Small four-unit Morrisania brick building where the street and surrounding block activity far outpace the property's own filings.
This four-family Morrisania property saw ownership transfer in November 2022 to 1174 Forrest Ave Corp, with Aeden Khoda listed as head officer. While the building's own operational record shows minimal activity, the surrounding block tells a louder story. Three things to know:
The surrounding blocks carry heavy party and street noise. 334 residential noise calls were filed within three blocks over the last year, with 211 specifically flagging banging and pounding and 112 tagging loud parties. Another 113 street and sidewalk noise calls hit the same radius, mostly driven by outdoor music.
Corridor calls show concentrated pest and moisture issues nearby. 137 unsanitary condition reports were logged within three blocks over the past 12 months, including 71 pest calls and 48 mold complaints. While these filings represent the broader neighborhood rather than this specific four-unit address, the density points to active building-upkeep issues nearby.
