DOB's short-term-rental inspection unit has visited twice. Two complaints to SPIT — the city's Special Projects Inspection Team, which chases illegal Airbnb-style rentals — were filed in January 2020 and March 2022. But for a building this private, it's a rare window into something the co-op had to deal with internally.
